How do I make an inquiry about a product?

To make an enquiry about a product, do the following:
  1. Go to the product page of the product you want to inquire about.
  2. Below the product description and "Add to Card" button you will see the headng "Additional Information". Click on the "Enquiry" tab, to the left of the text.
  3. Fill out and submit the form that shows.

An item I want to buy is out of stock!

First, check to see if the prodect is on backorder. If so, you will see "Available on backorder" in green letters below the product description and above the "Add to cart" button. You can order an item on backorder, and we will create it for you.

If an item is out of stock, it will say "Out of stock" below the product description and there will not be an "Add to cart" button. The best way for you to let us know that a product you want to buy is out of stock is to inform us through a product inquiry.

How can I lower the shipping cost?

If there are multiple products in your order, then our site will attempt to calculate the shipping cost for the items to be shipped together in a flat-rate envelope or flat-rate box. The option to have all your items shipped together will display on both the Cart and Checkout pages, labeled "Items Together In..." (for example: "Items Together In Medium Flat Rate Box") Click on the shipping option you want to select it. On the Cart page, you can find the options in the "Shipping" section. On the Checkout page, you can find the options in the "Your Order" section near the title "Shipping".

If you are only ordering one item, there is not much you can do to lower the cost of shipping unless you are eligible for free pickup or delivery.

If your only shipping option is "Each Item In Seperate Flat Rate Package" and you are ordering multiple items, there are probably large item/s in your order and/or you are purchasing many products. We are glad you are making such a large order! To cut down on the shipping cost, we would be more than happy to manually calculate the shipping cost for your entire order to be shipped all in one package. If you would like us to make this calculation for you, please contact us. Please include the shipping address and how many of each type of product are in your order (e.g. 3 hats, 2 scarves). We will get back to you as soon as we can, and we may even give you a coupon to show our appreciation for your patience and patronage! We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. You are a valued customer and we will do our best to assist you!

How do I apply a coupon code to the cart?

A coupon code can be applied on either the Cart page or the Checkout page. Instructions for application on both pages are below.
  1. On the Cart page, below the list of products in your cart, you will see the text input box with the words "Coupon code" in it. Those on the Cart page should move on to step 2.
    At the top of the Checkout page, you will see a blue bar with the text "Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code" below it. Click/tap on the pink words saying " Click here to enter your code". A text input box with the words "Coupon code" in it will appear.
  2. Click in the rectangular text input box and enter your coupon code.
  3. Then press the "Apply Coupon" button, which is beside the text input box.
  4. Wait while the coupon is applied. If the application was successful, you will see a green bar and a green checkmark with the words "Coupon code applied successfully." next to it.
    If the coupon code will not apply, please make sure you typed into the text input box below the cart items and next to the "Apply coupon" button (not the "Apply Giftcard Coupon" button). Double-check the characters you inputted, paying close attention to punctuation marks and capital vs. lowercase letters. If there are any differences, correct the errors and try applying the coupon code. If the coupon code still will not apply, please reach out to us through the form on our Contact page and we will be happy to assist you.

How do I apply a gift card to my order?

A gift card can be applied on either the Cart page or the Checkout page. Gift cards codes are applied the same way coupons codes are applied. Please see here for instructions.
